STATE POLICE: Lewis County resident arrested for felony intoxicated driving with a child in Lyons Falls

LYONS FALLS- A local resident is charged with felony offenses for allegedly driving while intoxicated in Southern Lewis County, with a child in the vehicle.

On Tuesday night, Patricia L. O’Donnell, 40, was arrested and charged by the New York State Police (Lowville) with one felony count each of aggravated DWI (w/a child < 16 and w/a prior conviction within 10-years) and DWI (previous conviction within 10-years).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made in the village of Lyons Falls.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending. Meanwhile, O’Donnell was issued with an appearance ticket.
