Croghan Lions Club seeking nominations for Citizen of the Year

LEWIS COUNTY- Croghan Lions Club is currently seeking nominations for their 2023 Citizen of the Year award.

The deadline to submit is March 15, according to officials. Residents of Croghan and surrounding communities, including high school students within Beaver River Central School District, are eligible for this recognition.

Judging is based on achievement, citizenship, dedication, leadership, motivation, volunteerism, and contributions to the community.

“As a service organization, we understand the value of good citizenship,” Croghan Lions Club said. “There are many deserving individuals among us who consistently give of their time, talents, and treasures to insure our community remains strong and viable.”
