Croghan Man Charged with Violating Order of Protection
TOWN OF NEW BREMEN-A 55 year old Croghan man is facing a criminal contempt charged following a report of a domestic incident in the Town of New Bremen on Tuesday. State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Thomas E. McBain with one count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree-Disobey Court Order; a Class A misdemeanor. McBain was released on his own recognizance, and no further details were released.
