De Kalb Junction Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Village of Lowville

VILLAGE OF LOWVILLE-A 21 year old De Kalb Junction man was arrested for D.W.I. in the Village of Lowville early Saturday morning. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Brandon J. Eggleston with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Count of .08 of 1%-First Offense, and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Eggleston was given appearance tickets to answer the charges in Village of Lowville Court at a later date.
