Deputies arrest, charge North Country resident for allegedly violating a Lewis County order of protection

CROGHAN- A North Country resident is accused of violating an ordered protection in Lewis County, authorities say.

Nicole L. Lyndaker, 43, of Croghan, NY was arrested Wednesday by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office for one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree.

According to Sheriff’s Deputies, Lyndaker allegedly contacted a protected party via email on June 4.

Lyndaker was released with an appearance ticket, which is returnable to Croghan Town Court at a later date.
