DENMARK- A Boonville, NY resident is accused of breaking into a Lewis County residence this week.

Authorities say John T. Millard, 45, was arrested Tuesday by the Sheriff’s Office. Millard is officially charged with one count each of felony burglary in the second-degree and misdemeanor criminal mischief in the fourth-degree.

According to Sheriff’s Deputies, Millard is accused of breaking into a residence in the Castorland, NY area, following an alleged domestic dispute.

Damage was subsequently reported within residence, police said.

Millard was arraigned in Denmark Town Court and released with appearance tickets.

No additional details regarding the incident were provided by police.
