LYONSDALE- A resident is faced with a felony accusation for allegedly damaging a vehicle last month in Southern Lewis County, authorities say.
On Saturday, the Sheriff’s Office formally charged James J. Lynch, Jr., 34 (no address available), with one felony count of criminal mischief in the third-degree.
Deputies say this arrest stems from complaints of an incident on November 30 in the town of Lyonsdale. Investigation suggests that Lynch Jr. damaged a vehicle, resulting in costs exceeding $250.
The incident reportedly occurred at 3912 Shibley Road, deputies said.
Following processing, Lynch Jr. was released with an appearance ticket, returnable to Lyonsdale Town Court at a later date.
