DEPUTIES: Town of Lee resident faced with list of charges in wake of alleged physical domestic incident

LEE- A physical domestic incident in Oneida County has resulted in a list of charges filed against a local resident from Lee, NY.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Damian Michael, 30, has been arrested on one felony count of criminal contempt in the first-degree, along with one misdemeanor count each of criminal obstruction of breathing; menacing in the second-degree; assault in the third-degree; unlawful imprisonment in the second-degree and criminal mischief in the fourth-degree.

Deputies responded to a town of Lee residence on Tuesday for complaints regarding a series of physical domestic incidents that had occurred last week and into the weekend.

Investigation determined that Michael had engaged in a physical altercation with his girlfriend.

At press time, officials said that Michael was processed and awaited an appearance for centralized arraignment.
