Domestic incident in Jefferson County results in charge against North Country resident: TROOPERS

WEST CARTHAGE- A domestic incident this week in Jefferson County has resulted in the arrest of a North Country resident.

Kathleen A. Craig, 63, of Carthage, NY was formally charged on Monday by the New York State Police (Carthage) for one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a reported domestic incident Monday in the village of West Carthage.

At press time, Craig’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.
