Domestic incident in Lee results in charges against two local residents. Deputies say

LEE- Two local residents are faced with charges, including child endangerment, following reports of a domestic incident last-week in Oneida County, authorities say.

Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office were called out shortly after midnight on January 15 to Milles Drive, town of Lee, for complaints of a domestic incident. Investigation led to the arrests of Robert Switzer, 47, and Deborah Dashnaw, 40.

They are both charged with one misdemeanor count each of endangering the welfare of a child and one violation count each of harassment in the second-degree.

Furthermore, Switzer was also charged with misdemeanor count of assault in the third-degree for allegedly causing physical injury to Dashnaw during the incident.

It’s reported this dispute took place in the presence of a 9-year-old child, police said.

Switzer and Dashnaw were processed, arraigned and then released on their own recognizance.

As a result of the incident, authorities say Child Protective Services were notified. There were no further details provided.
