
OSCEOLA- A list of felony and misdemeanor charges have been filed against a local resident, following complaints of a domestic incident over the weekend in Lewis County, authorities say.
Patricia A. King, 57, of Osceola, NY was arrested Saturday evening by the Sheriff’s Office. King is officially charged with one felony count each of criminally possessing a weapon in the second-degree and reckless endangerment in the first-degree.
Furthermore, King is also charged with three misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief in the fourth-degree and one violation of harassment in the second-degree.
According to Deputies, these charges all stem from an alleged domestic incident that took place shortly after 7:00 p.m. Saturday in the town of Osceola.
It’s reported that King possessed a loaded shotgun, which caused a “great risk” to the victim, Deputies said.
Following an arraignment, King was remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $500 bail and/or $1,000 bond.
