Port Leyden Man Facing a Charge of Fleeing a Police Officer
TOWN OF LEYDEN-A 27 year old Port Leyden man was arrested on Friday following an investigation into a complaint that reportedly occurred on December 16th in the Town of Leyden. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Jonathan D. Soucia with one count of Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Soucia was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Leyden Court at a later date.
