Driver from Boonville charged with aggravated unlicensed operation following property damage accident in Vernon

VERNON- A local resident from Northern Oneida County is accused of unlicensed operation in the wake of a property damage accident this week.

Lars D. Nelbach, 30, of Boonville, NY was arrested and charged Thursday morning by the New York State Police (Marcy) for one misdemeanor count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree (three or more suspensions on three or more separate dates).

Troopers said they responded to a property damage accident sometime shortly after 7:00 a.m. Thursday in the town of Vernon.

There were no injuries reported.

At press time, authorities said that Nelbach was issued with an appearance ticket.
