JEFFERSON COUNTY- Did you feel the earthquake? There was one you may have noticed Friday night and its epicenter was right here in the North Country.
It was recorded at 11:30 p.m., with its epicenter not too far from Henderson, according to data from the U.S. Geological Survey.
According to USGS officials, the 3.4 magnitude earthquake was felt as far as Toronto, ON.
Various reports surfaced throughout Jefferson County as well, with folks claiming they felt the earth shake.
You may remember a 3.6 magnitude earthquake was recorded recently in the town of Adams, which isn’t very far from Henderson.
