Lyons Falls Man Facing Petit Larceny Charge

VILLAGE OF LYONS FALLS-A 65-year-old Lyons Falls man was arrested Friday afternoon following an investigation into a report of a “larceny from a building” which allegedly occurred Friday morning. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Timothy Augustus Gorcyca with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Gorcyca was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Lyons Falls Court at a later date.
