Felony DWI charge issued to Lewis County resident in town of Denmark, Troopers say

DENMARK- A local resident is accused of felony intoxicated driving in Lewis County authorities say.

Lynn M. Nuffer, 48, of Glenfield, NY was arrested Thursday afternoon by the New York State Police (Carthage). Nuffer is formally charged with one felony count of DWI (prior conviction within ten-years) and DWI.

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Denmark. At press time, police said that Nuffer was released to a third-party.
