Felony DWI, unlicensed operation charges filed against Lewis County resident following traffic stop in town of Martinsburg

MARTINSBURG- A local resident is accused of felony intoxicated driving, following a traffic stop over the weekend in Lewis County, authorities say.

Joshua C. Millard, 40, of Constableville, NY was arrested by the New York State Police (Lowville) during the late afternoon on Sunday. Millard is formally charged with one felony count each of DWI (previous conviction within ten-years) and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the wake of a town of Martinsburg traffic stop, which was reported shortly before 5:30 p.m.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending. An arrest status was not available for Millard.
