Felony gang assault charge filed against Oneida County suspect, Troopers say

MARCY- Authorities have charged a local suspect from an Oneida County investigation that began late in 2024.

On Thursday morning, the New York State Police (Marcy) announced the arrest of Robert Kessler, 33, of Holland Patent, NY for one felony count of gang assault in the second-degree (causing serious physical injury).

Troopers said this charge stems from an investigation that began December 10, 2024 in the town of Marcy.

At press time, police said that an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Kessler was released and there were no further details provided.
