Felony larceny charge lodged against North Country resident in Lewis County, Troopers say

DIANA- A North Country resident is faced with a felony larceny related charge in Lewis County.

On Sunday morning, Ryan H. Kitts, 42, of Lisbon, NY was arrested and charged by the New York State Police (Lowville) for one felony count of grand larceny in the third-degree (property value exceeding $3,000).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a reported larceny complaint filed in the town of Diana on May 16.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Kitts’ arrest status was listed as cash bail and there were no further details provided.
