Felony unlicensed operation charge issued to Herkimer County resident, Troopers say

SCHUYLER- A local resident from Herkimer County is faced with a felony unlicensed operation charge in the Mohawk Valley, authorities are reporting.

Cody J. Kinsella, 22, of Poland, NY was arrested on Saturday afternoon by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Kinsella is formally charged with one felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first-degree.

According to Troopers, the charge was filed in the town of Schuyler. At press time, authorities said that Kinsella was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
