FOLLOW UP: Lowville Academy Superintendent Rebecca Dunckel talks upcoming vote to potentially acquire neighboring land to help ease parking ailments

LOWVILLE- On Thursday, January 8, 2026, Superintendent of Schools, Rebecca Dunckel, joined North Country News and discussed an upcoming district vote on Tuesday, January 13, where taxpayers will ultimately approve or deny a potential new neighboring land acquisition.

The vote will take place in the school auditorium from 12:00 Noon until 8:00 p.m.

According to Superintendent Dunckel, this neighboring land will help ease parking hassles.
