BOONVILLE- Earlier this month, Veda Pitt, a Senior at Adirondack High School, was nominated to be the 2025 recipient for the George Capron Memorial Scholarship.

On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, Pitt joined North Country News and reflected her feelings on being selected this year and her future plans for education in college.
