Forestport resident accused of aggravated unlicensed operation, use of a loaned vehicle without interlock device

BOONVILLE- A local resident is accused of a pair of charges in Northern Oneida County.

On Wednesday afternoon, the New York State Police (Remsen) arrested and charged Victoria Kiskiel, 63, of Forestport, NY with one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree and use of a leased/rented and/or loaned vehicle not equipped with interlock device.

According to Troopers, these charges were filed on Wednesday afternoon in the town of Boonville.

At press time, police said that Kiskiel was issued with an appearance ticket.
