Forestport Resident Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Turin

TOWN OF TURIN-A 36 year old Forestport resident was arrested for D.W.I. Friday evening in the Town of Turin. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Kelsey B. Tokle with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or More in Blood-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Tokle was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Town of Turin Court.
