Glenfield resident charged with criminally possessing a weapon and harassment in wake of Lewis County domestic incident

LYONSDALE- A Lewis County resident is faced with a pair of accusations that have been filed in the wake of a domestic incident over the weekend.

Justin J. Waldron, 37, of Glenfield, NY was arrested and charged by the New York State Police on Sunday for one misdemeanor count each of criminally possessing a weapon in the fourth-degree (firearm) and harassment in the first-degree.

Troopers said these charges stem from a reported domestic incident Sunday afternoon in the town of Lyonsdale.

An investigation was pending, according to what State Police said at press time.

In the meantime, Waldron was issued with an appearance ticket.
