Harrisville Community Bank branch aimed to close this spring: Report

LEWIS COUNTY- Community Bank Branch Office in Harrisville, NY is aimed to close down this spring.

This development is according to the latest from WWNY-TV. Since the news has blossomed, locals who utilize the bank have been expressing concerns.

“I have my personal account with the bank so it’s going to be an awful inconvenience for us to have to travel to get cash,” Ross Young, a Harrisville resident who spoke with reporters.

It’s reported that Diana Town Supervisor Zach Smith said the town is going to work on reaching out to other banks to see if a replacement branch could be established.

April 28 is the closing date for Harrisville Community Bank.
