Harrisville Man Accused of Impaired Operation of Motor Vehicle, Unlicensed Operation, and Criminal Possession Charges in Oswego County

TOWN OF HASTINGS-A 40 year old Harrisville man is facing drug, unlicensed operation, and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs charges in Oswego County following a Saturday afternoon vehicle stop in the Town of Hastings. New York State Police from the Pulaski Barracks charged Dustin D. Hall with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree: Class A misdemeanors. Hall was also charged with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle in the 3rd Degree and Operating a Motor Vehicle while Impaired by Drugs in the 1st degree: both Class U misdemeanors. He was issued with appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Hastings Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time.
