Harrisville Man Accused of two Felony Traffic Violations in Watertown
CITY OF WATERTOWN-A 52 year old Harrisville man is facing two felony traffic violations following a late Saturday night vehicle stop in the City of Watertown. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Gerald E. Baker with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated with a Previous Conviction of Designated Offense within 10 years and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle-Commiting Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree-Alcohol-Drugs: both Class E felonies. Baker was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in the City of Watertown Court at a later date.
