Port Leyden Man Accused of Criminal Contempt
TOWN OF LYONSDALE-A 45 year old Port Leyden man is facing a Criminal Contempt Charge following an alleged domestic incident in the Town of Lyonsdale. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks arrested Joseph J. McNally on Saturday afternoon and charged him with one count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree-Disobeying Court Order; a Class A misdemeanor. McNally was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in the Town of Lyonsdale Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of Sunday mornings press time.
