Harrisville Resident Charged with Resisting Arrest in Carthage
VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A 43 year old Harrisville resident is accused of resisting arrest following an incident that reportedly occurred in the Village of Carthage on February 8th. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Shannon M. Ayers with one count of Resisting Arrest, a Class A misdemeanor. Ayers was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Village of Carthage Court at a later date.
