Barneveld Man Facing Aggravated D.W.I. and Leaving A personal Injury Accident

TOWN OF TRENTON-A 58 year old Barneveld man was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Leaving Scene of an Injury Accident Saturday night following a vehicle stop in the Town of Trenton. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Douglas N. Clark with D.W.I-First Offense, Aggravated D.W.I. Per Se, Both Class U misdemeanors and Leaving Injury Accident-First Offense, a Class A misdemeanor. Clark was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Trenton Court at a later Date. The incident was under investigation as of press time.
