Herkimer County resident accused of driving while impaired by drugs in Trenton, Troopers say

TRENTON- A local resident is charged for allegedly driving while impaired in Oneida County.

New York State Police (Remsen) arrested and charged Jamie T. Tobin, 42, of Cold Brook, NY on Monday afternoon for one count of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs (first-offense).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a traffic stop that same afternoon in the town of Trenton.

At press time, police said that Tobin was released to a third-party.

There were no further details provided.
