Herkimer County resident charged with alleged aggravated unlicensed operation, criminal possession of controlled substance

POLAND- A local resident from the Herkimer County area is accused of unlicensed operation and criminally possessing a controlled substance.

According to the New York State Police (Herkimer), 33-year-old Gino R. Erb, of Cold Brook, NY was arrested and charged on Monday for one count each of criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

Troopers said these charges were all filed Monday night in the village of Poland, NY.

At press time, authorities said that Erb was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
