Herkimer Couple Rescued on Stillwater Resevoir

TOWN OF WEBB-State Department of Environmental Conservation forest rangers were called to the Town of Webb for a water rescue. On April 13 at 2:40 p.m., authorities received a report of two kayakers on Stillwater Reservoir who were struggling to return to the boat launch because of strong winds. By 4:11 p.m., a forest ranger arrived by boat and located the two individuals, aged 42 and 55, from Herkimer. They were then transported back to their vehicle.
