Holland Patent Resident Facing Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, D.W.I. and Obstruction Charges
VILLAGE OF HOLLAND PATENT-A 51 year old Holland Patent resident was arrested for felony unlicensed operation, D.W.I. and obstruction charges following a one vehicle property damage accident that occurred Saturday night on Main Street in the Village of Holland Patent. State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged DeJay R. Jones with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree, Committing Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd -Alcohol or Drugs: a Class E Felony, Obstructing Government Administration in the 2nd Degree-Prevent Official Function; a Class A misdemeanor and Driving While Intoxicated; a Class U misdemeanor. Jones was remanded to Oneida Co. Central Arraignment for processing. No further details were released.
