Westernville Man Facing A.U.O. Charge in Remsen
TOWN OF REMSEN-A 49 year old resident of Westernville was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation following a vehicle stop in the Town of Remsen. Troopers from the Remsen station charged Gerric Brown with one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Brown was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Remsen Court at a later date.
