Illinois Woman Accused of D.W.I. in Town of Diana

TOWN OF DIANA-A 48 year old Illinois women is facing D.W.I. charges following a Saturday evening vehicle stop in the Town of Diana. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Lynne A. Brown of Schaumburg, Illinois with one count each of D.W.I-First Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-Alcohol or Drugs-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Brown was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Diana Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time.
