Interview: Brittany Davis talks seventh year of Food Truck Fridays Lewis County

LOWVILLE- 2023 marks the seventh year for Food Truck Fridays Lewis County.

"I've been hearing it all throughout the community. People just know that Food Truck Fridays is a thing that happens every single summer here in Lewis County," said Food Truck Fridays spokesperson Brittany Davis.

"It's something that they look forward to every year."  

The now beloved event started out as a few food trucks parked at the Lewis County Fairgrounds on a Friday summer night.

Originally as Food Truck Fridays in Lowville, NY, it didn't take long for the event to venture out and include other locations, including Croghan and Lyons Falls (see full schedule above).

Over time, lawn games and local musicians all became part of the mix.

Food trucks will be plentiful for each Friday and will offer a diverse selection of eats. From hotdogs and hamburgers to pizza; french fries to waffles; ice cream to maple nachos, Davis says there will be something exciting and exotic for everyone.
