LOWVILLE- A new turf field, a new track for athletes to practice on, a new gymnasium floor, additional parking for athletic events and infrastructure work, including upgrades to HVAC systems, are all included in the latest pitched capital improvement project for Lowville Academy.

A public vote is aimed for Tuesday, October 25. Polls will be open from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.

We had the chance this past Thursday to catch up with Superintendent of Schools Rebecca Dunckel-King, who took the time to explain, in detail, all of the key pieces to this project and what it means for taxpayers.
