Interview Update: Jake Moser reveals new software upgrade that allows licensed county pistol holders to add a semi-automatic rifle

LOWVILLE- Lewis County Clerk Jake Moser has an important announcement in reaction to the latest swath of new state firearm licensing regulations, which were passed and signed into law.

They took effect early last month. According to Clerk Moser, this new software upgrade will allow county residents to add a semi-automatic rifle to their current New York State Pistol License.

The software is also prepared to allow county residents to begin the process of obtaining a license for a semi-automatic rifle only.
