Jefferson County area disturbance results in arrest of Carthage resident: NYSP

CARTHAGE- A disturbance this week in Jefferson County has resulted in the arrest of a local resident.

During the evening hours on Tuesday, the New York State Police (Carthage) charged Tyler J. Wilkinson, 34, of Carthage, NY with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief (w/intent to damage property).

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a reported disturbance earlier that evening in the village of Carthage, NY.

At press time, police said that Wilkinson was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
