Jefferson County Man is Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Lowville

TOWN OF LOWVILLE- A 29 year old Mansville man is facing D.W.I. charges following a Friday night vehicle stop in the Town of Lowville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Christopher M. Shook with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Count of .08 of 1%-First Offense and D.W.I.-First Offense, both Class U misdemeanors. Shook was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Town of Lowville Court at a later date.
