Jefferson County resident accused of aggravated unlicensed operation: NYSP

WILNA- A North Country area resident is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation in Jefferson County.

Aiden Waylon Paul Mono, 21, of Carthage, NY was formally charged by the New York State Police (Carthage) on Tuesday afternoon with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, this arrest was made Tuesday afternoon in the town of Wilna.

At press time, authorities said that Mono was issued with an appearance ticket.
