FOR LEWIS AND JEFFERSON COUNTIES-...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM SATURDAY TO 8 PM

EDT SUNDAY... * WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
  of 6 to 11 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Expect the
  highest amounts on Tug Hill. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph
  will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow as well.

* WHERE...Jefferson and Lewis counties.

* WHEN...From 5 PM Saturday to 8 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
