Larceny complaint in Trenton results in charge filed against Oneida County resident

TRENTON- A larceny complaint in Oneida County this week has resulted in the arrest of a local resident, authorities say.

Ashley M. Marino, 28, of Prospect, NY was arrested Tuesday evening by the New York State Police (Remsen). Marino is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a larceny report, which was filed late in the afternoon Tuesday in the town of Trenton.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Marino was issued with an appearance ticket and there were no further details provided.
