LOWVILLE- Lewis County District Attorney Leanne Moser says she will be seeking a fifth term this fall.
Her announcement was revealed this week. “A prosecutor’s job and ethical duty is to seek the truth and advocate for our clients, the public and our community,” she said in a statement.
"It has been my pleasure to work alongside each of you in service to the people of Lewis County as we strive to bring safety and justice to our community.”
She has served as the county’s District Attorney since 2008. Moser began her legal career as a prosecutor in 1996.
She emphasized the growth and performance of her D.A. office over the past several years.
Moser also serves as Lewis County Coroner, a title to which there are only two other counties statewide that have a district attorney who also serves as coroner.
Moser would like to thank everyone who has supported her and will continue doing so through this next election cycle.
