LOWVILLE- Complaints of a physical domestic incident led to charges against a local man in Lewis County, authorities say.
Dustin A. Spencer, 29, of Lowville, NY was arrested and charged last Thursday by the Lowville Village Police for one misdemeanor count each of endangering the welfare of a child; criminal contempt in the second-degree; criminal mischief in the fourth-degree and one violation of harassment in the second-degree.
According to police, this arrest stems from an alleged domestic incident, which reportedly occurred in the village.
At press time, police said Spencer was arraigned in Lowville Town Court and was released on his own recognizance.
Details describing the nature of the domestic incident were not provided by authorities.
