DIANA- A Lewis County man is faced with numerous charges stemming from complaints of a domestic dispute this week, authorities say.

Noah W. Rounds, 24, of Harrisville, NY was arrested Tuesday night by the New York State Police (Watertown). He is officially charged with two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child, along with one misdemeanor count each of menacing in the second-degree (w/a weapon) and criminally possessing a weapon in the fourth-degree (w/intent to use).

Troopers say these charges all stem from an alleged domestic incident in the town of Diana, which was reported a short while before the arrest took place.

At press time, police said an investigation was still pending. Rounds’ arrest status was not reported and State Police provided no further details to report.
