Lewis County resident accused of intoxicated driving in Lowville: NYSP

LOWVILLE- A local resident is accused of intoxicated driving following reports of a traffic stop this week in Lewis County, authorities say.

Michael G. Beagle, 43, of Lowville, NY was arrested Wednesday evening by the New York State Police (Lowville). Beagle is officially charged with one count each of DWI (first-offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the village of Lowville, NY. At press time, police said that Beagle was issued with an appearance ticket.
