Lewis County resident allegedly violated stay away order of protection in town of Diana, Deputies say

DIANA- A local resident is accused of violating a court order in Lewis County, according to authorities.

Noah W. Rounds, 25, of Harrisville, NY was arrested last Friday by the Sheriff’s Office. Rounds is formally charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree.

It’s alleged that Rounds violated a stay away order of protection in the town of Diana, Deputies say.

At press time, authorities said Rounds was processed at the Public Safety Building and released with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
